On Salmon Bay,
between the Locks and the Bridge
Ballard Mill Marina sits on Salmon Bay Canal, just east of the Ballard Locks and a short cruise from Puget Sound. We're a few minutes' walk from the Ballard Avenue Historic District, with the fuel dock immediately to our west.
The freshwater side means less hull maintenance, and the position makes us first in line whenever the locks open.
